Coach Leslie is the best! She has a way of bringing out the best in all her players and inspires the girls to play at their highest level. She is invested in her players total well being both on and off the court. She just genuinely cares and it shows in the way her team plays.
Leslie is an excellent coach and role model. Our daughter’s experience on her 17’s team was so outstanding, we followed Leslie to her current club. As a parent, I appreciate Leslie’s overall approach to the game, teaching the players the skills necessary to succeed on the court, while building their confidence to succeed off the court. Team building/chemistry between the players is fostered, resulting in a drama free experience. Under Leslie’s guidance, our daughter achieved her goal of competing at Nationals. We highly recommend Leslie as a team coach and/or trainer.
Our daughter has been receiving training from Coach Leslie since age 11. She is now 15 and excels as a hitter and defensively due to Leslie. Leslie's positive coaching philosophy is key, as she truly uses mistakes as learning opportunities to enable a player to get better. Her encouragement and micro-lessons on the sidelines means that players can see immediate improvement in their practice. Leslie's joyfulness in what she does shows in everything that she does, and she makes every player and space better. Our daughter has aspirations to play collegiate ball and it's due to Leslie that this will become a reality.
